Passed it on to me, little punk!

Oh well, now that my guy has been sick for a week it appears that he has passed it on to me!!

My mom told me the other day that she thought that I didn't have enough pictures of my guy, well after sorting though my computer files I have come up with a few more. I will be posting them soon, but here is a cute one to start off with. T

First Cold

Knock on wood but Rocky has never been sick a day in his life, untill today! He got his first daycare cold. Lovely, snot everywhere, droppy eyes and just a little bit irritated!

I am sure this is the first of many.

Laura was telling me about this sweet little place not to far from them in South Carolina that is right on the ocean. There are cabins for rent that hold 10-12 people, is that right Laura? Anyway I think it a great idea, somewhere new for us to share all of our old memories. And ith the $ as good as it has been it won't be huge hit to anyone's pocket book.

Swimming in the ocean, and exploring new places and meeting new people (Rocky Wilson) and who knows maybe more.

Let me know, I will incude a pole on when would be good for people. If we plan it far enough in advance we can put it in our calendar and make it a date!

New Daycare for my Big Little Man

Well after a year of waiting to get in to the YMCA daycare it has been an interesting week one! The “Y” doesn't take anyone under 2 so Rocky spent a year with Kathy, an awesome woman that ended up more as family then a babysitter.

The first day was great, he went in, went to the train set with no reservations, no look back, no "mommy" no nothing. Day two, he wasn't too sure I should be leaving, day three he lay on the floor and cried, day four, I walked out the door with a lump in my throat, and a small tear with "mommy" heard screaming in the background.

Funny thing, he was equally unwavering when it was time to leave, he didn’t want to go. He was having fun and thought that maybe we should stay longer.

There are two girls in his class that are 4 and the same size as him. I always wanted him to be big but I am concerned that people will think he is older and treat him poorly because his intellect hasn’t caught up with his body. Ah the joys of parenthood!
